50周年記念ツアー2日目の音源です。Rolling Stonesほどのビッグバンドで、久しぶりのツアーということもあって、音源の出回りは速いものでした。あっと言う間に各所にて配布がはじまり、リマスタリングが追加され、アートワークが作成さていました。おそらくこの音源は最終型だと思います。
この日は噂通り、Eric Claptonがゲストにて出演しました。曲はMuddy WatersのChampagne Reeferでした。前日のJeff Beck同様、非常に素晴らしいソロを聞かせてくれます。最近のClaptonの音と比べて、かなり歪んだ音作りです。Keithも負けずにソロを弾いています。
今回も他サイトにて詳細なレビューがありますので、そちらを参考にしていただくとして、Paul McCartneyファンとしては12月のアメリカツアーにて、Paul McCartneyがゲストで参加するかいなかに興味が移り始めております。
